Ingredients (serves 2)
- 0.5 cups Rolled oats
- 0.5 cups Milk or oat milk
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 0.5 cups Mixed fresh berries
Instructions

Combine oats, milk, Greek yoghurt, and honey in a jar or bowl. Stir well.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

In the morning, stir and add a splash of milk if you prefer a looser consistency.
