Classic Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan, crunchy croutons, and a rich homemade Caesar dressing.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 50 g Parmesan, shaved
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 3 tbsp Caesar dressing
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

    Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce. Tear into bite-sized pieces.

    In a large bowl, toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing until well coated.

  3. 3

    Add the croutons and most of the parmesan. Toss gently.

    Transfer to plates and finish with the remaining parmesan and plenty of black pepper.
