Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup Ripe mango, chopped
- 0.5 cup Plain yoghurt
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 0.25 tsp Ground cardamom
- Ice cubes

Place mango, yoghurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom into a blender.
