Tender chicken thighs marinated in lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs then grilled to perfection.
Nutrition per serving
Combine lemon juice and zest, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, and thyme in a bowl. Season well.
Score the chicken thighs and place in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
Heat a grill or griddle pan to medium-high. Grill the chicken skin-side down for 8–10 minutes until the skin is crispy and charred.
Flip and cook for another 10–12 minutes until juices run clear. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
