Quick and flavourful stir fry with tender strips of beef, crisp vegetables, and a savoury ginger soy sauce.
Nutrition per serving
Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add the beef slices and toss to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a wok over the highest possible heat until smoking. Add sesame oil.
Add beef in a single layer and cook without stirring for 1 minute to sear. Toss and cook 1 minute more. Remove from wok.
Add vegetables to the wok. Stir fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the wok, toss everything together, and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
