Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 Brioche buns
  • 2 tbsp Garlic aioli
  • 2 leaves Butter lettuce
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes.

    Toast the brioche buns cut-side down in the same pan for 1–2 minutes.

    Spread aioli on both bun halves. Layer with lettuce, tomato, and the chicken. Serve immediately.
