Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 6 Lemons, juiced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water (for syrup)
  • 4 cups Cold water
  • Ice and lemon slices, to serve

    Make a simple syrup: combine sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.

    Juice the lemons — you need about 1 cup of juice.

    Combine the lemon juice, simple syrup, and cold water in a large jug. Stir well.
